Here you'll find both free and paid resources that will conribute to your overall banjo development or just go hand in hand with your love of the instrument. My name is Banjo Paul, and I'm glad you are here. You've discovered my banjo empire, and I'm glad you did! I've been "banjoing" for about 30 years now, and I enjoy the heck out of picking banjo! I enjoy sharing that love, and I enjoy the chance to help you get better at your instrument. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but I've long qualified for "old dog status", and I'd like to think that I can still learn a thing or two from pickers like you, so I'm easily accessible and ready to talk to receive some picking tips or to throw some picking tips your way. Banjos Rule has been evolving and devolving and changing and morphing ever since it came into existence, and you are now looking at the latest incarnation of my banjo empire. You'll find the Banjos Rule empire divided into two major parts: the part you are viewing now, which is the Banjos Rule website, which contains humor, facts, information, and general "banjo goodness", as well as the other major part of my banjo empire, which is Banjos Rule University. There you'll find playing tips and encouragement by way of regular blog articles that I write, as well as the chance to sign up for in-person or online lessons.
