I stumbled on this article on the internet and thought you might enjoy seeing it. I could really whomp on a guitar player during Dueling Banjos with this banjo!

Paul,
How appropriate that the man from Lyons, Colorado would build this awesome spectacle in his front yard! I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Lyons for the Rockygrass festival, but if you had you would understand why this is so appropriate. It is a festival (not far from the telluride festival, which is also quite the deal), in which the best IBMA players come and play in the most beautiful canyon you’ve ever seen. I myself visited back in the year 2000, I was there for the week before the festival in which bluegrass wannabe’s like myself could immerse themselves with the pro’s, and enjoy their instruction on a personal level. (I have a picture of Alan O’bryent using my banjo as an istructional tool; me singing with Peter Rowan, and me with my idol: Pete Wernick.) It truly is the town to be in if you love bluegrass. Thanks so much for sharing this article. Bobbie D.
